Text messages from Magic Smoothies.
When you tick “Text me order updates, news and offers from Magic Smoothies at this number” at checkout, Magic Smoothies LLC sends texts to the number you gave: a text when your pickup order is ready, a thank-you after your first order, a request for a review after a visit, a hello if we have not seen you in a while, and offers from the shop.
How often
Message frequency varies. You get at most 3 texts from us in 24 hours, and none between 8 PM and 8 AM Cocoa Beach time.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, as your mobile plan sets them. We do not charge for texts.
Your choice
The box is empty until you tick it. Consent is not a condition of purchase: you can order without it.
To stop
Reply STOP to any text from us. You get one text confirming it and no more after that. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE and OPT OUT all work, and so does a plain “stop texting me”.
